I come here when I'm hungry and want a big meal. However, it can get very crowded on weekends and depending on the time of day, so I try to avoid going during busy times. When it's crowded, the staff members are all busy and it makes me nervous. I went there last night around 8pm, and the staff on the floor was running the shop very well. I ordered a large serving of rice, but they brought me a regular serving, but they noticed right away and brought it back. It was wonderful to see them paying close attention to other staff in the kitchen and following each other. When I want to build up my stamina, I increase the amount of garlic in my gyoza set meal. Let's go eat. I'm sure everyone has their own preferences regarding the thickness, softness, and oiliness of the gyoza skin, but personally, I find it just right when paired with rice. When I order a large portion of rice, I order another item that is just the right size. It's convenient to get just the right size because you can taste it before ordering the regular size.
