Tatebayashi, Gunma, Japan｜Osaka Ohsho - Tatebayashi Shinjuku

It's delicious. The reviews are divided, but my personal vote is "delicious!" I got tired of the bland taste of [Kyoto's Osho] after the second time and always wanted to go to Osaka and see it, but there is only one Tatebayashi in Gunma prefecture...it's far from home😂. There happened to be an event at Tsutsujigaoka Park, so I finally made my first visit. Is it a franchise? A homey atmosphere that doesn't look like a chain store. They looked like a married couple, but the reception was exquisite and they never left. Although the taste was by no means cutting-edge, it was a delicious taste that followed the standard of so-called town Chinese food😀. I was worried about whether I would be able to get a parking lot because it is in a residential area, but there was a surprisingly large parking lot in front of the store and in the back. It may be shared with another house.

Osaka Osho is located in a residential area off the main street in Tatebayashi City. The restaurant, which is a renovated private home, has a different feel from the image of a national Chinese family restaurant, and feels more like an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant in town. The owner is a friendly and sincere Osaka guy, and his wife is also a warm and kind person. I am impressed by how skillful both of them are at their work. . . The food was not prepared by the employees who were on shift at the time, so everything was delicious and served surprisingly quickly. Above all... The taste is always of high quality, and as is often the case with other Osho, which is also a rival store, ``Today, ○○ tasted ○○.'' ” or “Today, the doneness of ○○ was ○○. ” is missing. The gyoza are made by hand every day and are always cooked to perfection. Another Osho, which switched to factory production a few years ago, has different degrees of doneness depending on the person, so the gyoza in particular are by far the most delicious. Egg soup that comes with the set meal. I was paying attention to the gyoza and the main dish, and Mona seemed to be playing a supporting role, but when I casually took a sip, I was impressed by the exquisite taste, which had a strong gara flavor but was not too strong. The mapo tofu also has a perfect balance of flavor and texture, and is truly delicious and spicy.
