Sano Ramen shop opened in May 2023. The young owner apparently trained as the 7th apprentice at Okadaya, a famous Sano ramen restaurant, so expectations are high. The store is bright, spacious and clean. The staff were smiling and friendly, and even though it was my first time there, I felt very familiar with them. There is also a large tatami room at the back of the store, so you can relax here even with small children. The ramen soup and noodles were both delicious and I was very satisfied with the Colezo Sano ramen. As expected, this is an affiliated store of Tamuraya. The gyoza was large, the skin was chewy, and the bean paste was full of vegetables and very delicious. Also, there is a large parking lot. One thing that might be a negative point for people who are in a hurry or are impatient is that it took quite a while for the ramen to be served. They are made with love and care!

The sauce-soaked rice and slightly grilled pork in the char siu bowl go well together. It would be good if the store clerk announces the number of cars entering the parking lot and the number of people entering the store, and cooperates with other store clerk to prepare for entering the store.
