I came here by chance because I wanted to eat ramen, "Shina soba" is thin noodles and a soy sauce-based refreshing taste. The gyoza skin is crispy and chewy It was delicious! I entered the store a little before noon, but it was vacant and I got it without waiting. It's a popular store because it started to be crowded as soon as it was noon.

A famous Utsunomiya gyoza restaurant that was found through an internet search. In addition to grilled gyoza, the gyoza menu also included boiled gyoza, fried gyoza, and fried gyoza. This time, I ordered the All Single (¥1,606), which allows you to eat one plate of all the gyoza, as well as the Shina Soba (¥748). Each gyoza had thick skin, was chewy, and delicious. I ate the fried gyoza with a special sauce, but it had a strange feeling like I was eating fried food that wasn't gyoza. Shina soba is as light as it looks. The food is delicious and it's in a good location inside a station building, so I thought it would be a good idea to stop by and use it for a while.
