No line versus the other popular gyoza shops. Original gyoza are awesome and just as good as the other shops. Simple menu and loved the strong chive flavor from the soup gyoza.

Nice gyoza, wagyu is my fave now

Gyozas here at Carol are much much better than Minmin across the street!!!!! They are plump and flavorful with choice between original and seafood fillings. There's also shrimp and wagyu beef 水餃子. You can tell that the gyozas are hand-made by the crimping of the skins. By contrast, everything about Minmin gyoza seems mass produced from its mushy filling to their shape. EAT GYOZAS AT CAROL!
