Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜Orion Gyōza

An excellent gyoza place in the interesting Orion street aracade. A friendly and great value place to stuff yourself with a variety of the local specialty. I recommend eating here and then heading to a street bar. It feels like everyone in Utsunomiya who wants life in their weekend passes through here at some point.

Golden Week Day 2▼2023.0504 ▼My family and I went to a gyoza restaurant in Utsunomiya for the first time! First, I went to "Kirasse Main Store". I came to the store at 14:20 and made a reservation, but I had to wait for 3 hours, so I gave up. While walking along the Orion Dori shopping street, I came across Orion Gyoza, where I had some delicious gyoza! ️. The juiciness is good. "Miso sauce gyoza" and "cheese feather gyoza" were all good. I want to go again.

This is a store I've been interested in for a while. The store I usually go to was closed today, so I went there. You can choose gyoza with or without garlic. I had regular grilled gyoza and miso sauce gyoza. The gyoza itself doesn't seem to be anything special. It was normal. The price is 480 yen for 6 pieces of grilled gyoza, which is a normal price. On the other hand, the offal stew was very delicious, probably because I hadn't eaten it in a while. The bill was just under 3,000 yen for the hoppy set, two refills, two types of gyoza, boiled offal and tomato slices. It seemed cheaper than I expected.
