The atmosphere of the store is that of a Chinese restaurant from the Showa era, and the nostalgic Coca-Cola refrigerator is eye-catching. There are two elderly couples running the business, so it takes a lot of time. We had to wait a little over 5 minutes for the customer in front of us to take their order, and another 10 minutes for us, but we had no choice but to be patient. After all, we are an elderly couple, so please don't complain 🤣 I ordered grilled, boiled, and tanmen with garlic and shrimp gyoza. After waiting for over 20 minutes, the food is brought out all at once. I'll get it from grilling right away. The size of the gyoza is large, and the handmade bamboo skin is chewy and chewy! The ingredients inside are about twice as much as at a chain restaurant, so it's more than filling. It has a meaty texture and is a great value considering the price. Food goes well with garlic. The shrimp gyoza uses dried shrimp, so the color is slightly different, but the shrimp flavor remains. When boiled, the skin stretches and becomes soft and chewy, allowing you to enjoy the different textures. Next, we will have tanmen. Both the soup and the ingredients are extremely delicious. The noodles are chewy and not too hard, making them smooth and smooth when going down your throat. Two of us came here this time and ate 4 gyoza and tanmen and were quite full.
