This is in my personal top 3 of Hamamatsu's delicious fried rice! ! I visited for the first time after hearing from a friend that it was delicious. The exterior and interior of the store are filled with the feeling of being loved by locals. There is sadness in the air. I ordered fried rice that was recommended by a friend. Delivered within 10 minutes of ordering👏 One bite copy...! ! ! Ugh! This is a high level. The taste is strong, and the texture is between fluffy, moist, and crumbly. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but say ``It's delicious😳'' lol Next time, I'm going to try the Niksoba that was mentioned in the comment, and the bean paste type as well 🙌 Completely confirmed as a repeat purchase 🙇‍♂️

I've known about it for a long time, but I never had the chance to go, but this time I visited for the first time! I ate wonton noodles and garlic soba, and the garlic soba was simply exquisite. The noodles, soup, stir-fried meat, Chinese cabbage and other vegetables, and bean paste are perfectly intertwined and harmoniously combined to make it absolutely delicious! I have become a big fan of Niku Soba. Definitely a repeat purchase! Fried rice next time? I would like to go with rice with meat and delicious sauce! It was a feast. ◎
