I brought it back to Ibaraki prefecture. I tried to bake it as soon as I got home. I don't think I can bake it very well, but my husband was happy to eat it because it was delicious. (^^) I think it tastes better than the dumplings I ate near Hamamatsu Station. Worth a takeaway, I think. The super big plastic bottle ice pack from the shopkeeper was very helpful. Thank you ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

This is the frozen Hamamatsu Gyoza that made me think, "Isn't frozen good enough?!" Each product is filled with a unique bean paste inside the thin skin, and when you bake it, it becomes “crisp” and delicious. I now have several varieties in my freezer.
