Originally, I'm not good at gyoza with crisp skin, but this one has thin skin and is very easy to eat, and the vegetables are crispy and delicious. Hamamatsu dumplings are often small, but I feel that they are a little larger than that. It seems that the sauce has a lot of vinegar on purpose, and this is my favorite. So that you can adjust the sauce, soy sauce and vinegar are also placed separately, so you can see the owner's good personality. Miso soup is also delicious and warm. In addition to the parking lot in front of the store, you can also use the gravel parking lot on the east side. It was a delicious restaurant that made me want to visit again and again.

Since this is a gyoza specialty store, the menu only includes gyoza items or gyoza set meals. Recently, the price has gone up a little due to the rise in raw material prices, but it's still cheap! My personal recommendation is to add more vinegar to the sauce. Parking is available in front of the store and on the east side. For take-out, you can choose between grilled or raw.

Stopped by after visiting Yamaha. I like garlic, so I ordered a set meal + gyoza separately. It was wrapped in skin when added. It may be a coincidence, but it was freshly made and delicious.
