2022.04.12 Somehow I visited the store. Great success. We chose Izu Peninsula Geopark Shiitake Gyoza and Ashitaka Beef Gyoza. Both are super delicious! It has a strong meaty texture and is full of flavor, and the shiitake mushrooms have a strong effect, making it a perfect match. The beef also had a beefy taste that I had never experienced before in gyoza. Beef is a difficult thing to cook, as if it's overcooked, it ends up looking like corned beef, but in this gyoza, the seasoning is just about the same as corned beef, which shows the quality of the meat. Honestly, I don't think there are any other gyoza of the same quality, and they are quite good. It may be a hidden gem among hidden gems.
