A gyoza specialty store located in a hot spring town. It is located in a place where first-time visitors may pass by without noticing. The parking lot is about 1 minute away and several cars can be parked at a place marked ``Kimura''. I'm sure it's a matter of personal taste, but it's a refreshing, light and gentle flavor. It's different from the punchy ones you get at ramen shops. I like it. These dumplings have a bit of a xiaolongbao feel to them. The husband and wife (I think) are working together. Please go and try it once!

The gyoza with the rice set is surprisingly delicious. Please be careful as the parking lot is far away! It's a good old store!

It is a type of gyoza that is baked and then steamed, and is a genre of so-called Numazu gyoza. The menu is only gyoza and rice. The price is cheap and delicious, and the mother has a good personality. it's the best. Rice and miso soup are included for an additional 150 yen. The number of seats and the parking lot are not so big, so I don't want it to become too famous.
