Itami, Hyogo, Japan｜つつみたて。生餃子 白兎

I went to ``Tsutsumi Tate. Raw Gyoza Hakuto'' on the way from Mukonosho to Itami on the Niho Line. Since it was late in the evening, the raw gyoza shiso was sold out. Since it was my first time here, I bought 30 frozen dumplings to take home. Even without garlic, the flavor was strong, and the skin was chewy even when baked at home. Next time I would like to go and buy shiso.

I was curious about this store every time I passed by, so this was my first visit. Today I bought plain frozen gyoza, shiso and fried chicken, but next time I would like to buy fresh gyoza! The atmosphere of the shop and the staff was good, and even though I came on a Saturday evening, there was a steady stream of customers.

I lined up to buy fresh gyoza on opening day. It was a beautiful store, and the staff was kind, and I went there with my children, and they were happy to hear that they were talking to me. It was a shop where I would go shopping again because of their kindness. The gyoza were bite-sized and easy to eat, and I liked the thin skin. I bought the recommended tsubu ponzu sauce, which also goes well with the gyoza! I'm glad that the children were also progressing with chopsticks. I couldn't buy fresh shiso because it was sold out, so next time I'll go buy shiso gyoza.
