More Comments at Google MapI visited [Gyoza University] before noon on a weekday. Located in the Rosenard Kasumi shopping district and in the heart of Fukuyama City, the nearest coin parking lot is nearby. The nearest coin parking lots were all full, so I parked a little further away. The reason is that there are many companies nearby, which is why it is almost full. I can't help it...I'm about 2-300m away, but within walking distance. Because of this parking problem, I didn't have many opportunities to visit, but I decided to visit today. After entering the store, there were three staff members who welcomed us: a strong-willed man who seemed to be the owner, the landlady, and a man who was cooking. Experience has taught me that the pattern of a strong-willed general and a proprietress who works efficiently is a delicious restaurant that never fails, and my expectations are high. Yattaze! ! Well, the purpose of my visit was [stir-fried levanilla], so I immediately ordered it. At lunchtime, you can upgrade to a set menu for an additional fee, so I opted for that set menu. Since the restaurant had just opened, there were no other customers, and the menu we ordered arrived within a few minutes. The items that arrived looked very luxurious, with six types: stir-fried levanilla, rice, pickles (takuan), small bowl (meat dumplings), egg soup, and salad. Now, let's start with the long-awaited [Stir-Fried Levanilla]. The seasoning is similar to that of a Chinese restaurant, but with a little more oil and a rich finish. It's not a strong seasoning, but the soup has a slightly viscous texture, and it clings to the ingredients well, giving it just the right feel and deliciousness. The ingredients included [liver, chives, bean sprouts, and garlic], and the garlic was chopped so small that I didn't notice it until halfway through. However, this chopped garlic does a good job and tastes very delicious. The vegetables were cut to the right length and carefully stir-fried, and there was a large amount of stir-fried levanilla, so I was very satisfied. Also, the store is decorated with Carp articles and goods, so it's recommended for Carp fans! ! ** General review ** [Single person/Group/Family] •Recommended for everyone from one person to a small group. •Be careful as the seats will be separated if there is a large group! [Waiting time/waiting space] •If you go outside of peak hours like lunch, it's pretty empty. •There are a lot of seats at the counter, but if there are many groups of customers in front of you, it might get crowded. [Parking/Access] •Parking is the biggest bottleneck! You will need to visit the nearby coin parking lots in order of proximity. •Although the location is a little off the main road, access is easy as the main road is also near the store. •Be careful as the road in front of the store is one-way! [Order method/Payment] • Order after being seated and pay at the cash register near the entrance after eating and drinking. •I was able to use PayPay. [Toilet/hand washing area] •Enter the entrance and there is a restroom immediately to the right. •Alcohol disinfectant available near the cash register.
An old ramen shop. I recommend university ramen. There is also a lunch set, which can be combined with ramen or a la carte menu.
This is the best store for everyday use. My favorite is the stir-fried offal (750 yen).
