A dumpling shop that you definitely want to eat when you come to Azumino. It used to be a restaurant, and the gyoza set was 800 yen with salad, miso soup and rice. Contrary to its simple appearance, the gyoza itself has a flavor and is delicious even without adding anything. The rice was also made with Azumino rice, and it had a clear and elegant taste. After that, when I visited in 2018, unfortunately, it became a takeout specialty and I couldn't eat rice. However, in 2019, gyoza is still alive and well, with vegetables such as Chinese chives that are purposefully left with a crunchy texture.
