I moved most of the leek and miso on the ramen to the rice, enjoyed the ramen and soup, and had rice. The crunchiness of the leek is very pleasant. Shrimp Ankake Yakisoba also had a gentle taste, and the noodles were crispy and delicious when properly scorched. I want to go again.
