A lunch menu with peperoncino and cheese from Yoshida Ranch. It's 200 yen more than other products, but it's worth it. It was very delicious.

Lunch at Palpasta for the first time in a while. It's stable, isn't it? Full on Sunday afternoon around 12:50. I forgot the exact name, but I ordered Aglio Olio Peperoncino topped with Yoshida Ranch mozzarella cheese. The seat I was guided to on this day was at the counter in front of the kitchen. It's a great feeling to be able to see pasta being made up close. The freshly made pasta is exquisite with garlic and chili peppers. Cheese is also umah.

Came here to eat fresh pasta. Sometimes I want to eat meat sauce with chicken liver here. The minced meat is coarsely ground, so I only eat meat with meat sauce! ( ´ ▽ ` ) Since I went by myself, I was passed through the counter. As everyone says, the chair is high! Since it has short legs, it climbs up using a pillar (wall?). Watch the chef's movements. It looks hot. Fresh pasta should be elastic. Dried noodles can be eaten at home, but fresh pasta is not so good. It would be quicker to go eat before thinking about whether to buy a pasta machine or cut it with a knife and eat it like lasagna (laughs) Salad of the day is plum dressing. The refreshing acidity is delicious. Dessert is a chiffon cake that seems to be greedy and large. It was delicious.
