The first night I came to Hamamatsu by car from Nagasaki Prefecture. I thought about eating a hamburger steak from a famous chain, but the place was full. While I was doing some research, I discovered Papiot and immediately came to the store. Well, I was able to enjoy a delicious hamburger that I can't describe in words. Thank you for accommodating me even though I didn't have a reservation... If I come to Hamamatsu again, I will eat there again!

Surprised by the delicious-looking images from the people I follow and the review that said, ``It can be said to be the origin of Shizuoka's Genkotsu hamburger,'' I drove in from Toyohashi to visit. I've visited that chain store many times. They look similar, but are completely different. I ordered 200g and 350g of charcoal-grilled hamburgers with set A (salad, rice, and drink). For the sauce, I asked for demi-glace sauce and steak sauce. The demi-glace sauce is mellow and has a light taste. The steak sauce is refreshing, similar to garlic soy sauce. The staff pours it on for us, but we wanted to enjoy it without the sauce, so we only asked for half of it. The hamburger itself is simple but has a strong taste, and the rice goes well even without sauce. Since it was an evening meal, the hamburger steak was treated as a separate item, and if you included the set, the price per person would be around 2,000 yen. Lunch seems to come with bread or rice and a mini salad for the price of a single item, so it feels like a great deal. Next time, I would like to have lunch with the jumbo pudding, which is sold out this time.
