If you've ever wanted to visit a cafe straight out of a Ghibli movie, this is for you! The owners and their cats are so friendly, there's relaxing classical music playing, and the inside is decorated with all sorts of antique bric a brac. Their lunch specials are very reasonably priced and come with a salad; mine had a small homemade soup with it as well. I certainly didn't leave hungry. The restaurant is cash only and the menu is only in Japanese, but I used the translate app on my phone and it worked fine. It's also easy walking distance from the train station and the museum of fragrance if you're in that area.

I visited the store on 2023.4. There are two parking lots in front of the store. It looks like there are others out there, but I'm not sure. It's a little narrow. Please drive carefully as bicycles and people pass through the road in front of you. I got the hayashi rice and pasta. I used spices and it was unique and delicious. The pasta had a lot of shiso leaves and it was irresistible. The salad dressing was also orange and the scent was good. There are antiques in the store, pothos is decorated, and the atmosphere is good. Hokke-kun, the signboard cat, is also relaxing. There were many regular customers. The owner and his wife were also able to relax comfortably.
