Kurombo is the best hideaway in Atami. The first floor is a nice cafe with only a counter, and they carefully brew a wide variety of coffee with a siphon. When you go down to the basement, it's like a hideout. A delicious parfait with a beautiful presentation, and a gentle shopkeeper who talked to me in a friendly manner, and it was a space that healed the fatigue of the trip...✨

It's right in front of the Higashi Ginza bus stop. The name Snack Cafe means a light snack, not a night snack. The shop facing the street on the first floor specializes in drinks such as coffee and only has counter seats, while the shop downstairs serves general drinks and light snacks such as anmitsu, parfait, and toast. If you want to eat something, I think it would be better to go down to the underground store. The restroom will be in the basement. If you have mobility problems, you may find it difficult to go up and down the stairs to get to the toilet. This is a long-established cafe that has been in business for over 50 years.

I've passed by this shop several times, and I've always been curious about it, but I never had the chance to enter. This time, I was finally able to enter the store and enjoy the atmosphere of the Showa era.
