Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Furusato TAIYAKI

Some of the best taiyaki I have had in Japan. I liked the quality as it was light and flaky making it easy to eat. Some taiyaki make the fish shell hard to eat but not here. The staff are great and can speak English and Japanese if you need the help. The frog beer was delicious and went well with my taiyaki. It made for a good end of the day snack.

The custard cream is so so delicious. Like the thin, a little charred skin. Good find!

This place is incredible. A little shop on the side with extremely fair prices, and great food to boot. Give this place a shot rather than going to a convenience store, trust me, you won’t regret it
