Pour about 2cm of water into the pot → Spread cooking paper on top of it → Place the shumai on top, put it on medium heat, cover with a lid and steam for about 15 minutes after the water boils. I steamed it in the process and ate it. It's easy to make, so if you don't have a steamer at home, try it (*^^*) I still have pork dumplings left, so I'm looking forward to eating them.
