I saw 24 shops that I had seen at Sapporo Station, so I stopped by in a hurry. I thought it was specialized for takeout, but an eat-in space was also prepared. It's not a space that stands out these days. Zangi was also sold, but it took about 10 minutes, so I couldn't wait. Take-out is Gyoza, Zangi Bento, and 2 types of frozen gyoza, large and small. When I was thinking about the number of frozen gyoza dumplings I was thinking about, I saw a poster in the store. It's cheaper than frozen or baked takeout and I think this is good when you have time. I baked and ate 30 handmade gyoza with my daughter at home, but after a long time, I met a very satisfying gyoza. The skin is thick and the taste is solid as a plum, and it can be a side dish with just the attached vinegar without sauce. I think it's more delicious than usual if it's baked well. Turn off the heat in a heated frying pan, pour a lot of oil on it, arrange the dumplings, turn on the heat again, pour in a lot of water (boiling water) and steam-fry them. So you can bake it well. It may not be cheap, but if you want to take home gyoza, this is the place.

The takeout gyoza was delicious. I would like to have it at the store next time.
