Head to one of the few blowfish specialty stores in Sapporo to celebrate the New Year. It is located on the 7th floor of a building facing Tanukikoji shopping street, a 5-minute walk from Susukino Station. The fish tank is filled with puffer fish that are flown in from Shimonoseki every day, and they are swimming happily, and this restaurant is particular about serving the puffer fish that they catch on the same day. I think it's rare to find a restaurant in Hokkaido where you can eat Shimonoseki's swimming tiger blowfish. The fact that the room is a completely private room with a sunken kotatsu seat gives you a sense of security these days. What I received was a full course of swimming tiger blowfish! Freshly caught natural tiger blowfish has an elegant flavor and a sweet and mellow taste that spreads in your mouth, and has a plump texture that bounces with every bite! This is delicious ♡ You can immediately tell that it's lively! Tessa was so delicious that it disappeared from my plate in an instant lol By the time I finished the rice porridge, my stomach was full and I felt happy and full ꒰ ♡´∀`♡ ꒱ The course without Shirako is 7,000 yen, which is good value for money, and I would definitely like to visit this blowfish restaurant again.
