Date 091119 This is my 1st time in Nagaoka looking for a good restaurant ,Shop owner and his staff are very nice people,they are busy in preparing food for every one but always concerning and care of the customers in the shop,good people,good food,location is easy to found,just 5 minutes from the Station North exit,definitely I would recommend this restaurant to my friends who want to visit Nagaoka.Will come again and say Hallo to Takahashi San!

Right away, when I was a kid, I always ate out when I went out, I had a Western-style cutlet bowl from Nagaoka B-class gourmet, a Western-style plate with a thin cutlet on rice and my favorite demi-glace sauce, a double version of two cutlets. . This PEOPLE'S KITCHEN Takazen is highly rated after searching on the internet.The demi-glace sauce is very authentic, and the bitterness of the roast really adds to the flavor.I thought it was the most delicious Western-style katsudon I've ever had. . ☺

It is located in the city on the west side of Nagaoka Station. I received the "Western Style Katsudon Half & Half (950 yen)". Katsudon can be so fashionable. It was delicious. We had Kotteri's ``Demiglace Sauce'' and refreshing ``Family Sauce'', and since it was a hot day, the Family Sauce was very delicious.
