Specialized in red snapper dishes. The snapper rice and sashimi were great. I was the only customer as the whether was a bit stormy, so I got to talk to the owner about the area and its history as he prepared my dinner. English might be a challenge but he made a board with photos of his specials which is very helpful.

The sashimi was very fresh, the sea bream head was slightly sweet but heartwarming, and it was topped with delicious burdock instead of ginger! A lemon slice is placed in the refreshing fish soup, giving you an unexpected olfactory experience! Affordable and satisfying!

I wanted to eat delicious sea bream rice, so I went after reading reviews☺︎ Both the sea bream rice and the soup stock are effective, so it has a gentle taste but is highly satisfying. The sea bream sashimi had a firm texture, and it was the best I've had in Hiroshima for a few days! The owner was also a wonderful person, and he kindly talked to me, who was traveling alone, and sent me off, saying, "Please come again." The proprietress also kindly said, "If you can't eat it all, I'll wrap it up for you." However, it was so delicious that I ate it all. smile I will definitely go again, so please stay healthy and open ♪
