When I went to Roppongi and watched the night view, I felt very hungry. I saw this tea chain restaurant in Japan, I wanted to warm my stomach with a bowl. I first went to the food stamp vending machine to buy a ticket and order food. I ordered Obi and Xiaozhu. ·Isoten (fried shrimps, scallops, small fish cakes) Ochazuke rice, pour the hot stock into the rice bowl, soak the rice and ingredients in the hot soup and slowly release the sweetness, it is refreshing, delicious and satisfying.

Ochazuke is a must have when you are in Japan as it’s rare to find abroad. This restaurant chain offers fresh food served in a nice tableware. The atmosphere is that of a “fast food” without having to queue or having dirty table or napkins over the floor. The music is a cool jazz, far from the musak we have in many restaurants around Tokyo.
