It is located on the 1st basement floor inside the ticket gate of Ikebukuro Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. I stopped by on my way home after accompanying my son to some heavy shopping. Me: “I want to eat green tea and go home.” My son said, ``Well, I'm not hungry. But if you want to eat, you can eat.'' After asking only what I wanted to eat, I quickly purchased a meal ticket for myself, ``Roasted Mentaiko, Mustard Vegetables, and a large serving of rice,'' and for my son, ``Kamaage Shirasu, Nanko Plum, and a regular platter of rice.'' My son said, "What! Did you make it a regular size? A small size would have been fine." My mother, who loves rice, would have eaten a large portion, but calling it a small portion is such a pitiful word... The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere with soft lighting. All seats are at the counter, so you can eat quickly by yourself. My son, who was complaining about the regular serving size, ate it all up quickly. The tofu that comes with it has a ``kind of nostalgic taste''. It also comes with pickles. You can refill the soup stock as much as you like. The grilled mentaiko and mustard greens that I ordered included mizuna and was crunchy and very delicious. Unfortunately, it's located inside the ticket gate, so if you're on a different route, you'll have to pay an admission fee.
Morning set meal (until 10:00) 600 yen! A large serving of rice and refills of dashi soup are free! After an all-nighter, I had two refills of the delicious soup that soaked into my body. There is a feeling of satisfaction as if you ate a large bowl of ramen. Even at Matsuya and Hidakaya, you can't get this full stomach for 600 yen. Recommended
