Fish noodle soup delicious

I give up. it was delicious I ordered 1000 yen with red snapper flavored egg and 190 yen like dashi chazuke. Soup, first bite, shock runs. I can only say that it is good. Char siu, thin noodles, sinachiku and ajitama. All delicious. For the extra rice in the agodashi, add a generous amount of ramen soup to adjust the taste. It doesn't have a little punch, but it's delicious normally, maybe because the ramen was too good. For ramen, we recommend adding yuzu pepper to change the taste. pure delicious I look forward to eating the chicken next time. Personally, I think it's one of my top 3 favorite ramen shops. Came here for the second time! The best choice here is the ajitama plus ochazuke. You decide whether it's a bird or an alfonsino according to your mood! Special order only for those who want to eat a lot of meat. I haven't eaten the tsukemen and chilled noodles yet, but the noodles are all delicious, so if you don't have anything, you can repeat the alfonsino transcendence. In conclusion, it is a delicious show that you want to eat even if you line up.

2023.10.07 After drinking at Goro's for a while, we ended up opening a new ramen shop. This time we went to "Kabuto" which was recently opened along Machida Kaido. According to Goro's owner, Goro's has been getting a good reputation among regular customers lately. When I went there, I found that the place used to be a garlic-bread ramen shop, but the same operating company had changed its business to a tanrei-style ramen shop. This time, following the advice of the owner of Goro, I decided to have Kinmedai Chinese Soba (890 yen including tax), which is made with dashi stock from Joshu chicken and Kinmedai. The noodles are thin. Charyaki is a firm type with less fat. A piece of golden sea bream fillet, which is also an ingredient in the soup stock, is also gently added to the dish. The soup is light, but it is round without the sharpness that is common with light soups. However, the shredded Chinese bamboo has a slightly strong soy sauce flavor, and the raw purple onion gives it a nice crunchy texture, making it a well-balanced dish. By the way, my companion and high school classmate, Mr. Naoya, had the same special Kinmedai Chinese Soba (1,150 yen including tax). What changes for this 260 yen is that the toppings come in a separate plate for an extra bowl of ramen. Moreover, it seems to come with flavored eggs, so it seems like a good value...(*´ω`*)
