I had always wanted to try this Tai Chaji, but I thought it would be difficult to get in during the short lunch breaks of office workers due to the long lines, but today I was lucky to be able to get in without having to wait. Without hesitation, I thought it was tai-chaji, but then I saw the words oyster fry! However, I will stick to my initial intentions here. From the counter, you can see how the sea bream is skillfully made into sashimi. When the fish arrived, the sea bream sashimi was sprinkled with finely grated sesame seeds, surrounded by sauce and shredded seaweed, and served with dried daikon radish, pickles, red miso soup, and the sweetness of dessert. The basic idea is to enjoy two or three slices of sea bream as sashimi, and then use the rest for ochazuke. The sashimi here doesn't need soy sauce. It comes wrapped around the sea bream with a sauce soaked in sesame seeds and seaweed. I could eat this endlessly, but I'm still waiting for my Ochazuke turn, so I'll save for now. Dip the ochazuke in the tea you like from the soup stock to your liking, then use a spoon to eat it. You can get refills of rice, so don't worry. If you go a few times, you'll probably be able to make your own allocation. I'm sure I'll come back again, but I'll have to be careful about the time of day.
