We visited on Saturday 19th August. Since I went before 12 o'clock, I was able to enter the store without lining up. At night, it is a Japanese restaurant that requires a reservation, and at lunchtime, it serves ramen. I ordered a large serving of sea bream dashi ramen and a char siu rice bowl. The sea bream soup was very delicious with my favorite seasoning. After eating more than half of the ramen with chive paste, the taste changed. I hesitated whether to put it in little by little, but in the end I put it all in. This is also delicious. I was impressed that the elegant seasoning of sea bream soup changed like this by adding this. The char siu bowl was also very delicious with black pepper. I'm also interested in going white next time, so I'd like to try it.

I visited for lunch on Saturday. Since it was a rainy day and the store had just opened, it wasn't that crowded, but by the time we left the store it was buzzing with activity. I have special Ushio ramen (photo) My husband had the sea bream soup ramen. We were able to share a little while eating! Both soup and noodles are very delicious 😊 The base for both is sea bream soup, The sea bream soup ramen has a stronger taste of sea bream and a refreshing taste. In comparison, the special Ushio ramen has a slightly salty taste. I usually like refreshing chicken paitan ramen. Both my husband and I liked the flavor of the ramen! If anything, I prefer the sea bream dashi ramen as it has a more unified taste of the soup 🤍 The chive paste that comes with the dish for a different flavor really accentuated the dish, and I was able to enjoy it until the very end without getting tired of it. When visiting the store, I said, ``Thank you for coming out in the rain.'' When I left the store, I asked, "How did you like the ramen?" I received kind words from beginning to end, and I had a very pleasant meal. Is the course open at night? I really liked the seasoning, so I would like to try a different menu next time.

A ramen shop about 5 minutes walk from Fujisawa Station. This ramen is characterized by its seafood soup made by the owner, who has a background in Japanese cuisine. Orders are paid in advance at the cash register as soon as you enter the store. Therefore, it is best to decide on the menu you want in advance. However, you can rest assured that the clerks are courteous and don't rush you. I ordered the standard Ushio Ramen (1000 yen). The ramen that was served shortly after was topped with thin straight noodles, chashu pork, green onions, shrimp wontons, chili peppers, and chive paste (an unusual flavor item). When I put the soup in my mouth, the aroma and flavor of seafood filled my mouth, but I didn't notice any fishy or harsh taste. It was also good that it was piping hot. If you have room in your stomach, you can add rice to the soup and eat it. The shrimp wonton topping was delicious. The firm, thick skin was chewy, and the shrimp filling was just right. When the owner had time, he would come out of the kitchen and greet the customers in a friendly manner, and I could feel the spirit of hospitality everywhere. I felt it was a very good store.
