Nara, Japan｜Kasuganinaijaya

Visited in November 2023. A traditional shop, had sweets and green tea. You can sit inside or outside in the garden area. We sat inside because it was cold. They sell sweets and small cute things.

We were in for the surprise at Kasuganinaijaya. The set menu was nicely prepared, perfectly seasoned for a cold winter day. Definitely a try when you wonder around Nara Park.

Enjoy matcha in the garden area. So relaxing. Matcha and the dessert are very flavorful, not bitter. The prefect spot after visiting the Botanical Garden next door.
