Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Dashi Chazuke + Niku Udon En JR Central Towers branch

I've always loved Chazuke! But I haven't found a good place to try it. Thankfully, this shop was at Mei Eki! The portions were very generous and filling. The Dashi was not too heavy or light too, and is refillable. Please do give them a try!

This is a restaurant located on the 13th floor of JR Central Towers at Nagoya Station where you can eat dashi chazuke, rice balls, udon, etc. It's a food court style restaurant adjacent to Starbucks and Soup Stock, with everything from spacious sofa seats to single seats with partitions. Previously, the hours were from 7:00 to 23:00, but due to the coronavirus, the hours are now shortened from 8:00 to 20:00. I've always liked dashi chazuke, so ever since I made it here, I've been using it often for breakfast or when I want a light meal. This is a recommended restaurant because the soup stock is really delicious and you can't go wrong no matter what you try.

The soup stock and pickled tuna are so delicious! ! I thought it was the best dashi soup (^^) I want to carry this soup with me all the time. It's not too heavy and it's just the right amount. If you want to eat a lot, it may not be enough, but it is recommended when you want to wake up from drunkenness or have a refreshing meal. The pickles, hijiki, and tofu were also delicious (^^) My body warmed up! !
