More Comments at Google MapIt was my first time to eat sea bream yusheng, and I didn’t know exactly what kind of sea bream it was. It's quite delicious, the meat is very thick, and the texture is softer than salmon and tuna, and not as elastic. The set meal was quite generous, but luckily there were no side dishes or anything. The amount of rice in the two set meals is more than doubled. I don’t know why, but they are both enough.

I ate earthenware pot sea bream rice and oyster rice. The oyster rice was delicious as usual, but the signature sea bream rice exceeded my expectations (^^) To put it in an extreme way, rice that soaks up more of the sea bream soup than the sea bream meat is extremely delicious! ️ The sea bream soup stock and its high-quality fat are concentrated in the rice, and even though I grew up in a fishing town, this is the best cooked rice I've ever had. Next time I will only have earthen pot taimeshi (lol)
