Absolutely delicious! One of the best ramen I have ever eaten. The flavor is rich and smooth and the pork has a great flavor. It is a small restaurant, so on weekends it may be very busy and you will have to wait. But it is worth it.

I heard that there is a delicious tonkotsu miso ramen shop in Kosai city, so I came here ヽ(^o^)丿 Is it possible to come without a car? The shop is small, with 6 counter seats and a small raised table with 2 seats. Orders are placed at the table, not from vending machines. This time, I tried red miso ramen and makanai don. The combination of Hokkaido miso and pork bones is moderately delicious, and goes well with thick noodles. Red has habanero oil, but it's not too spicy and easy to eat. The makanai rice bowl has small pieces of char siu, slightly large bamboo shoots, a soft-boiled seasoned boiled egg, chopped green onions, and mayonnaise. The taste is so-so. It's a store I want to visit again.
