I went there to eat several times before the coronavirus pandemic. It was a long time ago, so my memory is hazy, but what I remember is that it was a shop with a gentle scent of dried bonito flakes. We enjoyed fresh sashimi and local cuisine from the Shima region in a relaxed atmosphere. Personally, I prefer agedashi tofu and hand-kneaded sushi. It's nice to eat alone, but it's a restaurant with a calm atmosphere that you can also go to with company.

I used it for a casual dinner. When I mentioned this when making the reservation, I was given a semi-private room in the corner, and it was a little noisy so I was able to talk without worrying about my surroundings, which was great. I personally chose this restaurant because I like dashi and sake, and the customer service was great and other people were also happy and gave it a high rating. In addition, there was a wide variety of delicious dishes and products, such as mentaiko with sansho pepper, so I was able to enjoy sake and have a fun time. We recommend that you make a reservation before going.

This is a restaurant that puts dashi soup at the forefront. I visited on a Saturday night. From the basic dashi rolled egg to the oden, the soup stock was very effective and it was very delicious.
