This is a shop run by the owner alone. I've been curious about it for a while, and I finally got around to it. I talked to him about various things, and it seems that the store was built in the same place where the owner's parents originally ran a coffee shop. The most important thing is the char siu.It seems that the current owner couldn't forget the taste of the char siu, which was personally made by the owner's father, so he retired early and left the restaurant. (Originally it seems to have been an apparel business) The char siu is carefully prepared over a period of 14 hours, so it doesn't have a strong flavor or a heavy texture. The meat is so tender that it falls apart easily when you pick it up with chopsticks. I ordered take-out, but they put a lot of sauce in it, and after I finished eating, I had the stir-fried vegetables and fried rice at my husband's recommendation, which were also delicious. There are 10 seats available only at the counter. It may be difficult to bring small children as strollers cannot fit inside, so we recommend taking them home.

It's a small shop with only counter seats, Very beautiful and clean, You can enjoy a very delicious char siu bowl. Only 2 types on the menu! Just the delicious pork char siu bowl and the grilled char siu bowl. That tickled my heart again. The umami is truly melt-in-your-mouth delicious... The char siu is soft but not greasy and you can eat it quickly. At the end, add the dashi soup and enjoy it maburashi-style. The soup stock was also delicious. The balance of chashu, wasabi, green onions, and soup stock was very good. The master was also a very dandy and nice person, and it was nice that there were no sticky unnecessary things on the walls. This is a restaurant I would definitely like to eat at again.

I visited on a Wednesday after 12:00, and was seated right away. You can park your car in the AEON parking lot right next to it, which is free for 3 hours. The master is a friendly person, so he talks to me about various things. I like soft char siu, so I ordered the ``Umami Toro char siu bowl'' with a large serving of rice. The rice bowl arrives in about 5 minutes. The char siu is quite soft and goes great with rice! After I ate about half of it, I added some dashi soup and ate it, but when I added wasabi, it was quite light and easy to eat! I was able to take out 100g of cut char siu, so I took out 200g as a souvenir! This is a highly recommended restaurant for those who love chashu!
