A newly opened Japanese restaurant in the Aeon Mall restaurant district in Kakamigahara City, Gifu Prefecture This shop sells grated Japanese yam and sea bream rice. For sea bream rice, you can choose between the regular seasoned style and the Uwajima style, where the fillet is topped with dashi stock. This time, I went for a weekday lunch, and the customers were about 60% full.I had the Uwajima style sea bream rice and sea bream simmered set + -4℃ rich pudding, and they were all very delicious and satisfying.

I decided to have lunch here because I could have both the first wild yam and the first Uwajima sea bream rice. First of all, Taimeshi is like eating sashimi with cold dashi chazuke. delicious! I chose the ``Chidori Specialty Tai Meshi Set C,'' which was made with a full selection of its characteristic ingredients, and selected ``Tai Meshi with Sesame Seasoning'' and ``Japanese Yam,'' both of which are rare taimeshi dishes. You can eat this chazuke in different ways, like eel hitsumabushi (eating it with sea bream rice, adding sea bream and making chazuke, or adding Japanese yam). It was a delicious place. It was quite crowded. Both when you enter and when you take your seat. I think it's a pretty good place to eat.
