This was really nice. A bowl of tuna and avocado over rice, and after you've eaten most of the tuna and avocado you pour green tea and some toppings over the rice to make a rice soup.

Ohitsu rice shop. The rice is served in an ohitsu with the dashi soup. When you enter, you will first have dashi soup instead of tea and taste it. When the rice is served, hitumabushi style, you first taste the rice by adding the ingredients, and then add the dashi soup. It was a very simple way to eat it, but it was really delicious, probably because the soup stock was strong. The soup stock was delicious and I ate until I was full.

The inside of the store is clean and the distance between you and other customers is just right. Water and tea are self-service, and ordering can be done using a touch panel. You can enjoy seafood and meat-based ohitsu rice. You can enjoy changing the taste with the fried egg and seaweed as condiments and unlimited refills of the soup stock. The set comes with udon and soba, but I'm not sure if it's really necessary, but the quality of the ingredients, taste, and atmosphere are good.
