Wakayama, Japan｜城北スタンド Jyohoku Stand

It was the first izakaya in Japan. These Foods are so amazing. The owner explained the menu well to us who couldn't speak Japanese. We are really grateful to him. His service was impressive. It was the best food during our trip in Wakayama. This izakaya is a must-visit for travelers to Wakayama. If I come to Wakayama again, I will definitely visit.

I had plans nearby, so I stopped by for dinner. We enjoyed beer and highballs with fried chikuwa seaweed, grilled Japanese beef yukhoe style, and fried bonito flakes. All of them were delicious, but I personally recommend the fried chikuwa isobe for its taste and cost performance! ! There are many other items on the menu that I would like to try, so I would like to visit again soon.

If you want to drink craft beer near Wakayama Station, this is the place! There was a variety of alcoholic beverages, and the rice menu was also extensive. In particular, the bonito flakes croquettes were really delicious. Also, the seafood menu was delicious. I would be happy if there was something a little more innovative for rice and noodles! We only had one type of beer this time, but if you're drinking two or more, it might be a good idea to compare them. The store was casual and easy to enter, and the employees were friendly. It's within walking distance from Wakayama City Station, so I think it's easy to access by public transportation.
