Even though it's a meat-based skewer, the original sauce makes it refreshing and irresistible. Of all the restaurants in Okayama that I visited during my business trip, this is by far my favorite and delicious.

One of the few restaurants in Okayama where you can enjoy hoppy and yakiton. There are really few yakiton shops, but I think it's the best among them. Especially liver and special tongue, you can choose grilled or grilled, but if you ask for grilled, it will be finished quite rare and it is the best. Until recently, Hoppy used to freeze Kinmiya shochu and serve it in the form of sherbet, but when I visited recently, it was normal shochu. I wonder if it changes with the seasons...? But in any case, I'm happy that the shochu is dark. It's a little salty overall, but it's a recommended shop for drinkers who like sake and like yakiton.
