Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Kushikatsu Tanaka Negishi

The store I was planning to go to was closed on Sundays, so I stopped by this store on short notice. There are several restaurants I frequent in front of Negishi Station, but this one is a chain restaurant, so I've never been there before, but since I like skewers, I went here for the first time. For the first order, I asked the clerk, but after that I was able to order by registering on LINE, which is quite high-tech. It's interesting to see what you ate and how much you ate in real time. The kushikatsu are bite-sized, crispy, and easy to eat with no oil left behind. I thought it was frozen, but I was impressed to see that the ingredients had been battered fresh at the store. At this price, it should be delicious. In addition to the recommended standard 8-piece set, you can also order garlic and other items for 11 pieces! There were plenty of vegetables, so there was no leftovers. The young staff worked hard and I was able to enjoy my meal in a good mood.

We always use it during happy hour. All the staff members make you feel welcome. I think this may be due to the staff's inherent qualifications, but I also feel that the store manager's guidance is thorough. I wonder how it compares to other stores, but honestly, I feel it's a good store to compare to. I think this is a store that I would recommend to my acquaintances if they have the opportunity. (I actually recommended it to several people.) We hope to continue providing similar products and services in the future!
