Saitama, Japan｜手打うどん 寿庵

Udon noodles with a chewy texture. It wasn't hard, and I liked the way it was boiled. I ordered zaru udon, but it would have been better if the private restaurant had served it a little colder due to the season.

I was surprised by the variety of sake available. The tempura is crispy and not oily at all, so you can eat as much as you want. No complaints about the udon either!! It was chewy, smooth and really delicious. The staff was also very nice and the food was even more delicious.

I ate there twice, and I still recommend eating at the restaurant! It was last year, so I ate takeout for the first time because I was still cautious about the coronavirus. I don't think I can get that taste at home!
