There was Hegisoba from Niigata in Iwatsuki. I visited for lunch. ①I love the name Nekobozu. ②Are you a husband and wife? It looks like the two of them are working together, and they're both very kind. ③The inside of the store is small and has a lot of things, but it's clean and I think it's a very nice space. Personally, I like shrines. ④I had hegi soba, tempura, and inari sushi. The hegi soba was solid, the tempura shrimp tempura was delicious, and the inari sushi was large. ⑤I am very satisfied with the taste and customer service. I also appreciate the outside ashtray. Next time, I'll definitely come visit you at night. Thank you for the meal.

It seems that he was trained at Omiya Minami Bank in Echigo and later became independent. It is a clean restaurant that retains the atmosphere of an old-fashioned izakaya. Being located in the Iwatsuki area where there are a lot of delicious restaurants, it goes without saying that the main dish is Hegi Soba, but everything else is delicious and satisfying. Personally, what I like about this restaurant is that they serve food in satisfying sizes. The same goes for the pickles platter, but where other restaurants cut the pickles into thin slices, Nekobozu cuts them quite thickly, as you can see in the photo, so you can enjoy the texture. It's a small thing, but I feel the spirit of hospitality. Nowadays, the ingredients for soba are purchased from a different place than Echigo, so I think you can enjoy Hegi soba with a different taste from Echigo. It seems that the tsuyu remains the same as Echigo.
