To be honest, I was neglecting Omiya. No matter where I eat Italian food these days, I've always had the image in my head that as long as I don't go out of my way, most of the restaurants will give me a certain level of satisfaction. For me, my first impression at this restaurant was a sudden shock. Although the appearance of the dishes is not that different from other places, you can see the taste in the interesting tricks and combinations of ingredients in every part of the menu, and every little trick is effective.
