On my way to my hometown to visit a grave, I made my first visit to get breakfast at Sands Sandwich, which is reputed to be the best sandwich shop in Chiba Prefecture. As I was looking inside the store, which is managed by the elderly owner and the landlady, I noticed a sign marking the 43rd anniversary of the store's opening. It had already been 42 years since I left my hometown, so I felt a little disappointed that I had had the chance to visit the store for a year after it opened, but I hadn't heard of it for over 40 years. It was early in the morning when I arrived at the restaurant, so I had a look at the entire menu, but I took out the standard egg sandwich, potato salad sandwich, and jumbo roll, and took my dog ​​with me to the nearby Atago Shrine precincts. We had an outdoor breakfast and some fun. The egg sandwich was a perfect combination of the boiled egg with mayonnaise and the white bread. The jumbo roll is a so-called hot dog, and the combination of sausage and ketchup was also exquisite. What surprised me even more was the deliciousness of the potato salad sandwich ingredients. Definitely the best tasting potato salad I've ever had as a lover of potato salad. The mayonnaise plus alpha brings out the flavor, but unfortunately I couldn't make out the alpha. It was so delicious that I asked the host if he could share just the potato salad inside, but it turned out to be difficult, so I decided to take it out for my family. Families who ate the various sandwiches they brought home at night universally gave them high marks. I would also like to try another sandwich the next time I return to my hometown.
