I never expected to be able to eat straw-grilled bonito in Kofu. Honestly, if the bonito is not fresh enough, it will start to smell quickly, so it takes a lot of courage to eat it, but as expected from this restaurant, the bonito was brought directly from Kochi, and the bonito was very fresh and delicious. The other dishes were also very well prepared and all delicious. The white chicken liver was very delicious and had no smell at all, so even I, who don't like it, enjoyed it at all. Other than that, they had a wide variety of Kochi alcoholic beverages, and I tried many of them that I had never tried before, and they were delicious.

This is an izakaya that mainly serves bonito dishes. All of the dishes we ordered were delicious, and the sashimi of the straw-grilled bonito was thick and very delicious. There were other seafood dishes, such as fried moray eel and conger conger tempura. Drinks included juices and cocktails from Kochi, as well as Japanese sake. The atmosphere inside the store was good, and the lighting was a little dark, so I thought it would be a good place to go on a date. If I have a chance, I would like to go there again for drinks.
