Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Fluunt KOFU (フルウント甲府)

Wonderful vegan restaurant and cafe in Kofu! The food is delicious, the katsu is especially impressive. You can’t tell it is made without meat! I recommend to try the special homemade sodas, the lavender soda is my favorite. The restaurant also offers a cookbook with some of their recipes with lovely art of the prepared meals. It might be difficult to eat some things on the menu if you have certain food allergies, such as myself, but the staff will find a way to accommodate you the best they can.

Best food I had in Yamanashi. The Buddha bowl was so good I had to get extra bento box for later in the day. The burger was very flavourful and good too

Best vegan burger I had so far. The sauces are really flavored with a touch of Japan. The location is really nice. The serving is amazing. Awesome, highly recomended!
