Fuefuki, Yamanashi, Japan｜Ichimatsu

It was near my hotel, so I visited there three days in a row. It has a Showa-era feel and is very calming. When you enter the restaurant, it feels like the izakaya and the restaurant next door are connected, which is interesting. There is a variety of menu items, all of which are cheap and quite delicious. The humble owner was very nice. Since I was staying nearby, I looked it up on the map and visited. We had a variety of dishes including wasabi, skewers, tuna buttu, potato salad, croquettes, grilled mackerel, and ramen, and they were all delicious. (And reasonable) I felt the sincerity of the person who made it. It's a very good shop.
