Possibly the best hamburger in Japan. Try their bacon cheese burger.

There is only one word to describe the cheeseburger at Off The Record. Perfection. I went to burger heaven and back. My group happened to come upon this restaurant as we strolled about the town. I honestly couldn’t believe how good the burgers were.

Kobe beef patties pressed in house (the Tamba Sasayama burger is Tamba Beef). Proper American style burger with fresh ingredients and extra toppings. Interesting old building in the middle of town. Wish they had one or two vegetarian options though, then I'd bring the whole family.
